The Cube was inspired by the forces at work when the wind blows. Participants are invited to enter the 3m3 Cube along with some 20,000 50mm2 polystyrene cubes. Huge fans in the Cube's floor randomly operate to form swirling vortices carrying the small cubes in mesmeric patterns, mirroring the eddies of the wind and settling in regimented lattices wherever the air is still.
