Lou Smith is a self-taught artist, living and working in South London for over twenty years. He specialises in sculptural installation art, photography and film-making. He is also fascinated in physics, engineering and the natural world.
It is in seeking a fusion between the spheres of art and science that Lou co-founded Experiment 1 as a vehicle to explore this realm. |

Matthew Venn provides a rare combination of engineering aptitude and artistic creation. Matthew graduated in engineering from Leeds and is now the Head of IT for a successful internet company. Matthew recently hosted a participatory arts event at The Sassoon Gallery. |

The McCarricks (Martin McCarrick – Cello, Kimberlee McCarrick – violin) will present a unique blend of live music and film with a show entitled 'Strange Nature'.
Their dark, sensual and hypnotic compositions are married with stunning visual imagery tailored specifically for the music, resulting in a startling display of abstract film and sound which transports the audience into a world where the boundaries between reality and fantasy collide opening a series of different dimensions and emotions. |
